Attentiveness Student is attentive and follows instructions	Needs development No eye contact Student needs repeated reminders of task instructions	Developed Some eye conatct when instruction/discussion is taking place Student follows instructions with minimal intervention	Strongly developed Consistent eye contact is shown throught instruction/discussion Student follows all instructions accurately
Interest and Engagement Show interest and is engaged in the task	Needs development Little or no eye contact. No questions relevant to task are asked. No answers are given without prompting. Student needed constant reminders to stay on task.	Developed Some eye contact when instruction/discussion is taking place. Asks at least 1 relevant questions. Contributes some answers voluntarily. Little intervention needed to stay on task.	Strongly developed Consistent eye contact during instructions and discussion. Asks more than 1 question relevant to task.
