In-Class Rehearsal Time

Time on task.

Mastering

I consistently and visibly demonstrated a strong sense of work ethic and collaboration with my group. I Clearly contributed to the creation of our story and rehearsing during class time. I also actively involved all members of the group.
Progressing

I was able to work within a group setting most, but not all of the time. I was off task during the rehearsal days. I was engaged with all your group members during the creation of our story as well as our rehearsals; however, there were times when I was not working effectively on perfecting our miming performance.
Beginning

I have shown little to no evidence that I was working positively with our group. I Had to be reminded to stay on task and get back to work. In addition, I needed reminders to complete simple tasks such as cooperating with others and contributing to the creation of your story and rehearsing our mimed story.
Mime

Clear character, concise movements, and exaggerated facial expression.

Mastering

I effectively created and mimed a character using facial expressions, eye contact, and effective movement/ body posture for the character and our story. I effectively used miming skills to enhance our group's story telling to the audience, remained in character throughout the entire performance and demonstrated the required mime skills.
Progressing

I created and mimed a character using some facial expressions, some movement and body posture. I demonstrated some miming skills. At times I took away from the group's story telling to the audience because I did not remain in character through the entire performance. i demonstrated most of the required mime skills.
Beginning

There is some evidence that I attempted to mime a character by using facial expressions, movement, or body posture. However, I did not not use all of the techniques, or only used them sporadically. I demonstrated little to no miming skills. During our group's performance, I did not remain in character.
