The model is very clean looking and does not have excessive gaps showing or edges to the various construction material.
Acceptable

There are some minor defective pieces cut or glued onto the model. There are a few design problems.

The model has various things misaligned. There are materials hanging off the model and were obviously not attached properly.
Craft

Excellent

It is obvious that student has taken time and care during construction. Cuts are straight and not jagged, there isn't an excessive amount of glue showing around parts.
Acceptable

Walls are slightly crooked. There is moderate glue showing in. Materials may be only slightly misaligned.
Poor

Excessive dried glue around showing. Misaligned parts, or obvious mistakes.
Accuracy

Excellent

All foam form parts are strictly parallel to each other and every space between each part is equal.
Acceptable

All walls are strictly measured for spacing but framing for windows, doors.

Things obviously have not been measured for straightness. key elements needed are missing.

Windows,doors and architectural aspects of the home are true to specifications.

Many parts of the home are true to specifications. However, appears that some effort was missing in construction.

Many details have not been included in the model. Very little effort made to make home.
