Did not read the entire recipe through before starting production. Just stood around and watched others make muffins.

One flavor seems to over power the entire muffin - product does not seem to be blended well

Dry - tough to eat without a bottle of liquid to wash it down it can't be eaten

Did not wipe off work surface prior to beginning work. Washed a few pieces of equipment. Not sure if each and every piece was put away correctly. Did not clean tables/area after production.
