Average Student mandala lacks creativity and originality & shows little sign of the student's relationship.	Unacceptable Student mandala lacks creativity and originality & shows no sign of the student's relationship.
Meaning Design shows apparent reflective thinking	Outstanding Student mandala shows that there was in depth reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Good Student mandala shows that there was some reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Average Student mandala shows that there was little or no reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Unacceptable Student mandala shows that there was no reflection whatsoever demonstrated in the work.
Color All qualifications were met	Outstanding Student has incorporated black line of different weights and fill along with one color to enhance piece.	Good Student has incorporated black line and fill and some color to enhance piece.	Average Student has not incorporated black line of different weights or color to their piece.	Unacceptable Student's details are lost with color and highlights that are incorporated incorrectly.
Craftsmanship Work is neat and carefully completed.	Outstanding Student has produced an extremely neat project with much care. The details and color show great care.	Good Student details and line work are not clearly defined or follow the set up of the Mandala.	Average Student project looks rushed and much of the detail is messy and not concise.	Unacceptable Student project is sloppy with no attention paid to clean lines and use of color and white space.
