Exercise Demonstration

Students will complete each exercise as identified by the example provided by the teacher and upload their videos into Seesaw for review. The activity will be graded based on the following rubric.

Enthusiasm	Excellent The student's facial expressions and body language create a strong interest and enthusiasm in others almost all of the time.	Above Average The student's facial expressions and body language sometimes generate a strong interest and enthusiasm in others.	Average The student shows an attempt to use facial expressions and body language to try to generate enthusiasm in others.	Not Bad The student shows very little use of enthusiasm.	Poor The student made no effort to show enthusiasm.
Preparation	Excellent The student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed multiple times.	Above Average The student seems well-prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals.	Average The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear the student didn't rehearse enough.	Not Bad The student's preparation and rehearsals are lacking.	Poor The student does not seem at all prepared to demonstrate the exercise.
Demonstration of Exercise	Excellent The student uses perfect form and there are zero mistakes.	Above Average The student uses great form and there are a couple little mistakes.	Average The student uses good form but I notice a some mistakes.	Not Bad The student uses decent form when completing the exercise.	Poor The student uses completely incorrect form to complete the exercise.
Effort	Excellent The student's effort is fantastic, and he/she sets a personal record of repetitions.	Above Average The student is working very hard, and he/she beats the class average amount for repetitions.	Average The student's effort is good but he/she only gets the average amount of repetitions.	Not Bad The student demonstrates some effort but doesn't get a lot of repetitions in.	Poor The students shows a complete lack of effort.
