Assignments	Excellent All assignments for each class are written into the planner. Teacher/Parent/student knows what topic is being learned.	Good Majority of the assignments for classes are written into the planner.	Fair Some of the assignments for classes (1-2 classes) are written into the planner. Some assignments are written into the planner.	Poor No assignments are written into the planner.
Organization/Appearance	Excellent All assignments & upcoming projects/test are legibly written and planner looks clean and neat.	Good Majority are written. Most writing is legible.	Fair Some are written agenda looks. Some writing is legible.	Poor Nothing is written. Writing not legible.
Evidence of using planner	Excellent Student highlights or checks off assignments when complete.	Good Student highlights or checks off most assignments when complete.	Fair Students highlights or checks off some assignments when complete.	Poor Student does not highlight or check off assignments.
