Student spoke clearly using a steady pace and effectively used eye contact.

Student spoke clearly, with an almost steady pace, could improve eye contact.

Student did not always speak clearly and at times rushed the presentation. Eye contact was satisfactory.

Student did not speak clearly and rushed the presentation. Eye contact was minimal, spent too much time reading from the slides or cue cards.
E
Student did not speak clearly, rushed the presentation and seldom gave eye contact. The student was not prepared for the presentation.
