Ch. 1-5 Content	4 Questions contain relevant information. Critical thinking is necessary to answer the questions. It is clear from the questions that the author knows the storyline. Variety of types of questions and covers Chapters 1-5. 20 questions or more included	3 Questions contain information from the story, but many do not require more than surface knowledge to answer. Author generally knows the story, but some confusion exists in the question or answer choices. 18-20 complete questions	2 Questions often ask questions not directly related to the storyline or may focus on insignificant details. Author does not appear to know the full storyline. 10-15 questions	1 Questions do not relate to the story or do not cover all of Ch. 1-5 Fewer than 10 questions.
Question Formation	4 Proper grammar and punctuation are present. It is clear to the reader what the question is asking.
