Skills	Poor Lesson reaches to lowerlevels of Rigor and Relevance (3 or less on Rigor and less than 3 on Relevance). Not really focused on the math practices.	Fair Lesson reaches to moderate levels of Rigor and Relevance (at least 4 on Rigor and 3 on Relevance). Uses math practices in an acceptable manner, but not necessarily intentional.
