Time Limit	Excellent Presentation is not more than 15 minutes long with a clear beginning, middle and end; no dead air. Presentation is organized and has a flow/structure from one person/topic to another.	Exceeds Presentation is more than 10 but less than 15 minutes long with a clear beginning, middle and end; minimal dead air.	Meets Presentation is at least 10 minutes long with a clear beginning, middle and end with very little dead air.	Developing Presentation is less than ten minutes long, slightly disorganized, or the dead air is distracting. There is organization and flow, but it may seem choppy at times and/or disjointed or overlapping from one topic to another.	Needs Improvement Presentation is less than ten minutes, there is no organization, and dead air is persistent.
