Proficient The student vaguely describes three technologies that they can incorporate into the classroom and are not thorough in their action plan of implementation.	Basic The student lists three technologies but can not describe the technology or how they will be implemented.	Below Expectations The student describes less then three technologies and does not give a thorough description of how they will be implemented.	Non-Performance The student did not participate in the instruction.
Talk Time Part 2 20 %	Distinguished The student described one learning disability and thoroughly described how how at least one of their technology choices can enhance learning for a student with that particular disability.	Proficient The student described one learning disability but was vague in their description of how the technology choice can enhance learning for a student with that particular disability.	Basic The student is vague in both their description of the learning disability and how the technology can enhance	Below Expectations The student only lists one learning disability and does not link how to use the technology to enhance learning.	Non-Performance The student did not participate in the instruction.
Multimedia Presentation 50 %	Distinguished The student presents four well developed slides or a detailed one minute presentation that describes how the student could use the presentation software to enhance a lecture.	Proficient The student presents less than the required amount of slides or length of time but the information provided is well developed and informative in using the software to enhance a lecture.	Basic The student presents the required amount of slides or time for the presentation but they are vague and do not describe how the software can enhance a lecture.	Below Expectations The student presents less than the required amount of slides or time for the presentation and they are vague and do not describe how the software can enhance a lecture.	Non-Performance The student did not participate in the instruction.
