Cultural Communication Project

Media Presentation over some cultural aspect or country in the Hispanic World. Student will create a powerpoint, prezi, video (or some other media based format) to discuss a cultural aspect or Spanish speaking country. Project can be in both English and Spanish.

Fair Uses appropriate vocabulary,using 5-10 words previously learned, relevant to the topic. Includes less than 5 new words for the presentation.	Good Uses appropriate vocabulary, using 16 + words previously learned, relevant to the topic Includes 6+new words for the presentation.
Comprehension	Poor Does not understand full content of presentation.	Fair Understands most of presentation content.	Good Has full understanding of content expressing reflections.
Writing	Poor Errors interfere with meaning. Limited punctuation, grammar usage, sentence structure and spelling.	Fair Some errors sometimes interfere with meaning. Only minor errors are evident in punctuation, grammar usage, sentence structure, and spelling.	Good Less than 2 errors, not interfering with meaning. The use of writing conventions are fluid and complex: spelling, puntuation, grammar usage, sentence structure.
