Introduction 10 %	Excellent 1.The title is relevant. 2.Includes the question to be answered by the lab. 3. States the hypothesis that is based on research or sound reasoning. 4. Hypothesis is testable.	Good 1 component missing.	Fair 2 components missing.	Poor 3 components missing.
Apparatus/Materials 5 %	Excellent Description, complete bulleted list, diagram (opt.)	Good All materials are listed and in bullet format.	Fair Either one material is missing or it is not bulleted.	Poor 2 items missing or 1 item missing and no bullets.
