Cook's English FOOD WASTE Case Study Rubric 
Food waste is a 'wicked' problem in today's society. In 2007, Stats Canada released a statistic that almost 40 percent of our food supply is wasted. This project is designed to highlight ways in which we can improve the food waste problem.
