Appropriate Scale	Poor Student has made an arrangement that is too large or too small, in comparison to the model.	Fair Student has made an arrangement that is larger in length and width, or shorter in width and lenght, but has the appropriate height	Good Student has made an arrangement that is very similar in size and shape to the model.
Balance	Poor Student has made an arrangement that is lopsided, does not stand up on it's own. Is both mechanically and visually unbalanced.	Fair Student has made an arrangement that stands up on it's own, it's parts are mostly equal and visually pleasing, but has 2 or three pieces that are out of place	Good Student has made an arrangement that is mechanically and visually balanced.
Follows Example	Poor Student does not use materials given, makes an arrangement that does not remotely mimic the model	Fair Student uses materials given, but the arrangement is not similar to the style and shape of the example	Good Student uses the materials given, follows direction and, although there is a personal touch, the style and shape of the arrangement is evidently similar to the model.
Saleable	Poor Student has made an arrangment that is unapealing and likely unsaleable.	Fair Student has made an arrangement that has style, but is disimilar and not a product that can be sold for the Thanksgiving Sale	Good Student has made an arrangement that is very similar to the example, accessories and colors are very appropriate for the Thanksgiving sale.
