Near Meets This assessment followed about half of the assigned format, but the other half is either missing or not developed.	Meets This assessment did a very good job following the format, only missing one or two small components.	Exceeds This assignment followed all of the guidelines of the format incredibly well, missing no components and even going above and beyond in creativity.
Grammar, Vocabulary, and Mechanics	Needs Improvement The flier does not use language that is targeted to peers in the school and does not use appropriate tone, grammar, or vocabulary.
