Explain procedure to client	Poor Forgot to ask if there are any problems and what the normal is, but did explain the procedure.	Fair Explained to client but forgot to ask what normal pressure is.	Good Explained to client what you will be doing and asked if there is any problem. Also asked what their normal blood pressure is.
Pulse	Poor Had difficulty finding the pulse at the wrist, but fianlly was able to get this correct.	Fair Found the pulse at the writst after several minutes.	Good Found the pulse quickly at the wrist, took for 1 full minute, correctly the first attempt.
Obtained reading	Poor Obtained the correct reading on the second try but demonstrated little confidence.	Fair Obtained the correct reading on the second try.	Good Obtained the correct reading on the first try.
