Applying Motivation Theory 
Learners will apply one motivation theory covered in the course by connecting it to a real or realistic workplace team challenge, and analyze how the theory can be used to improve team dynamics or solve a problem. The journal will include personal reflection, demonstrate critical thinking, and clearly relate course concepts to real-world practice.
