Evidence is presented and referred to throughout the presentation. When arguing a perspective, the research is referenced as part of the reasoning to defend the opinion.
Grammatical mechanics
30 %

This section of the rubric will display the readability and mechanical correctness of the slideshow.

Poor

Mechanical errors are found throughout the presentation of content which makes the content itself less legible. Poor font choices muddy the message being presented.
Fair

There are a decent amount of mechanical errors. The content isn't entirely illegible, but its strength is weakened by mechanical errors.
Good

There are some grammar and mechanical errors; however the presentation is mostly clean.
Excellent

There are almost no grammar or mechanical errors. The analysis is clean of any confusion due to excellent mechanical writing. Sections are presented in a neat fashion which assists the digestibility of the information and argument presented.
Tech utilization and Creativity

This section of the rubric will display the correct utilization of Google Slides and the level of creativity displayed.

Tech formatting is nonexistent or looks almost unreadable.

Tech formatting is passable. Information looks a bit disorganized and/or images and font choices are unfit for the assignment and context.

Tech formatting is proficient. Information is presented in a mostly pleasant way, uniform way even if the image or images presented are a bit improper for the content.
Excellent

Tech formatting is excellent. Information is presented in a pleasant way. The slideshow is pleasant to look at and creates ease in those experiencing the presentation.
