they are capable of reading all the words given, with the vowels, however take time and effort to do so. and may need some help.

the are capable of reading all the words, including the vowels, fluently, with no help.
Reading sentences

they are unable of reading full sentences, however may be able to recognise a few short words.

try to read the sentences, however get confused between the vowels, and may need alot of help.

they are able to read the sentences with the vowels, however may need time and some assistance to do so.

they are capable to read all which is given, fluently without hesitation or assistance.
