Goal Statement	Poor Statement is unclear and not a complete sentence. It does not include main goal, measurement, and time frame.	Fair Statement is a complete sentence but is missing one of the parts: goal, measurement, or time frame.	Good Statement is a complete sentence which includes main goal, measurement, and time frame.
Check in #1	Poor Student did not show the work they have done to achieve their goal.	Fair Student did little work toward their goal. They have not given examples of sacrifices they have made to accomplish the goal.	Good Students have shown they have worked toward achieving their goal. They have written the steps they have taken and what sacrifices they have made.
Support	Poor Student did not identify who or what support they found while working toward their goal.	Fair	Good Student identified who or what support they found while working toward their goal.
Picture Posting	Poor Student did not email or bring in picture of their posted goal.	Fair	Good Student emailed or brought in picture of their posted goal.
