Perspective	Excellent All objects are represented accurately using linear perspective. All lines lead to the correct vanishing point.	Good Most objects are represented accurately but minor corrections needed. Some lines are not true to linear perspective.	Fair Some objects are represented accurately. Numerous corrections are needed. Lines do not represent linear perspective.	Poor No objects are represented accurately and are not in perspective
Originality of design	Excellent The artwork is original and unique in design.	Good The artwork shows some originality and uniqueness.	Fair The artwork shows a little originality.	Poor The artwork is a direct representation and shows no originality.
Choice of Medium	Excellent Medium is well chosen and complements the design and meaning.	Good Medium meets the design requirements and is acceptable for the artwork.	Fair Medium choice is not appropriate for the artwork.	Poor There is no use of medium other than outlines.
Presentation / Craftsmanship	Excellent Piece is complete. Overall design is exceptional and includes various elements and principles of art.	Good Piece is mostly complete. Overall design is good but could use more elements and/or principles of art.	Fair Piece does not seem to be complete. Overall design is not complete or finished and few elements or principles of art are used.	Poor Piece is barely started. Overall design is not complete and no elements or principles of art are used.
Technical Skill	Excellent Piece contains a high level of intrinsic quality, and provides evidence of exceptional technical skill	Good Piece contains an acceptable level of intrinsic quality, and provides evidence of technical skill	Fair Piece lacks a level of intrinsic quality, and use of technique is adequate but could be improved.	Poor Piece lacks intrinsic quality. It does not demonstrate an understanding of drawing/painting technique.
