Development of Problem	Poor-Far Below Standards Student could not construct a problem correctly.	Fair-Approaching Standards Student constructed a single step problem showing some work.	Good-Meets Standards Student constructed a single step problem using a number sentence, drawing a picture strategy and writing out the answer in units.	Excellent-Exceeds Standards Student constructed a multi-step problem showing multiple number sentences and two strategies to solve.
