Leadership Characteristics
Student will be responsible for coming up with at least 3 leadership qualities of heroes today or in the past, known in the Business world. Be able to explain why these qualities are important. Students are graded on how well, the information is organized and the way they present.

student voices are low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation. Group members occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of presentation
Proficient
student voice are clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation. Group members maintain eye contact most of the time, but frequently returns to notes
Exemplary
student use a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation. Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.
