Jump Rope Long Rope Routine Grade 7 Jump Rope Long Rope Routine 4/5 Students will be completing a jump rope routine in groups. Routines will be graded based on length of routine, synchronization, cooperation/teamwork in creating the routine, creativity, inclusion of 3 jump rope skills, and overall performance. Jump Rope Routine
	Poor Beginning Level 1 pts	Fair Developing Level 2 pts	Good Accomplished Level 3 pts	Excellent Exemplary Level 4 pts
Jump Rope Skills	Poor Does not include both forward and backward basic jump skills 1 skill used	Fair Includes both forward and backward basic jump skills. 2 skills used	Good Includes both forward and backward basic jump skills and at least one additional more complex jump skill. 3 skills used	Excellent Performance includes many complex skills beyond basic jumps. 4+ skills used
Synchronization	Poor Performers do not attempt to stay in sync with one another.	Fair Performers try to keep in sync and are successful at times.	Good Performers stay in sync unless a mistake is made and have some success getting back together.	Excellent Excellent synchronization. Very little mistakes, if any.
Cooperation/Teamwork	Poor Little cooperation, performers do not work together.	Fair Some cooperation - may have one person doing all of the work.	Good Performers appear to work together in the routine and all have had a part in the creative process.	Excellent All performers worked together and created a routine which reflected their cooperation and hard work.
Entertainment/Creativity	Poor Routine shows no creativity or originality.	Fair Routine shows very little creativity or originality.	Good Routine shows some creativity or originality.	Excellent Routine shows a great deal of creativity or originality.
