Chord knowledge	Excellent Teaches or Plays all chords in the song correctly.	Good Teaches or plays 2 of the chords correctly.	Fair Teaches or plays 1 chord correctly.	Poor Teaches or plays 0 of the chords in the song correctly.
Strumming/Sound	Excellent All 4 strings are strummed consistently without any fingers touching other strings.	Good All 4 strings are strummed consistently most of the time without any fingers touching other strings.	Fair All 4 strings are strummed consistently some of the time without any fingers touching other strings.	Poor All 4 strings are not strummed consistently or without any fingers touching other strings.
Tempo/Teaching	Excellent Tempo is steady throughout the song. Teacher continually checks in with all of his or her students to make sure they understand the correct chord fingering.	Good Tempo is steady through most of the song. Teacher checks in 3 or 4 times with all of his/her students to make sure they understand the correct chord fingering.	Fair Tempo is steady through some of the song. Teacher checks in 1 or 2 times with his/her students to make sure they understand the correct chord fingering.	Poor Tempo is not steady. Teacher does not check in with his/her students to make sure they understand the correct chord fingerings.
