Provides a thorough explanation(with examples) of student's challenges with an exact description of what the child is doing in the classroom and how it impacts his/her educational program. Includes a well thought out question that exhibits knowledge of student development and evidence of thoughtful student observation Provides a brainstorming of possible resources

Reflection is basic, giving perhaps an outline of what was learned, but no reflection in terms of how this might impact future teaching.

Reflection illustrates learning and further questions that have resulted from this inquiry. Articulation of how the project went, insights that arose, and how it will inform the way you teach this student and students in the future. Provide specific examples to back up your assertions.
