Design	Poor design does not follow any principles of design. Lack of many elements or incorrect software used in design	Fair Design follows some principles of design, some elements used	Good Design Follows principles of design, Many elements used in design, Correct softwares used.
Screen Preperation	Poor Screen incorrectly burnt, screen incorrectly washed out, or MANY pin holes.	Fair Screen correctly burnt, screen semi- washed out. Tapped accordingly and 1-2 Pinholes.	Good Screen correctly burnt, screen FULLY washed out. Tapped accordingly, and all holes plugged.
Print	Poor Very low ink coverage, many smudge marks or many random marks on sub straight.	Fair Inconsistent ink coverage, smudge mark or random mark.	Good Successfully print with no smudge marks, or random marks. Consistent ink coverage.
