Tone	exceeds 4 The performance of the piece is consistently strong with regards to control, and projection.	Meets 3 Most of the performance of the piece is strong with regards to control and projection.	Developing 2 Some of the performance of the piece demonstrates control and projection.	Not Meeting 1 Little or none of the performance of the piece demonstrates control and projection.
Melodic/Rhythmic Accuracy	exceeds 4 Confidently performs all pitches and rhythms correctly.	Meets 3 Performs most of the pitches and rhythms correctly with few errors .	Developing 2 Many of the pitches and rhythms are performed incorrectly, but student tracks well in musical score.	Not Meeting 1 Most pitches and rhythms are performed incorrectly and student is not able to track within musical score.
