Materials	Excellent All materials are listed and apparatus is clearly sketched or drawn.	Good Minor errors and/or omissions	Fair Major errors and/or omissions	Poor No material list or apparatus sketch is included.
Procedures	Excellent Procedure is listed in vertical and numbered steps. Steps are clear, sequential, and in complete paraphrased sentences.
