Excellent Always respects the safety rules and policies of the Serv-safe program and school. Always wears proper uniform.	Good Usually respects the safety rules and policies of the Serv-safe program and school.Needs little reminding to wear proper uniform.	Fair Sometimes respects the safety rules and policies of the Serv-safe program and school. Is often reminded to wear proper uniform.	Poor Does not respects the safety rules and policies of the Serv-safe program and school. Always or often needs to be reminded to wear proper uniform.
QUALITY OF WORK & PRODUCTIVITY 35 % Students are expected to demonstrate quality work effort to accomplish required tasks in a timely manner. Students model example shown.	Excellent Student demonstrates excellent work effort and work quality.Shows great pride in their work. Little or no prompting is need from instructor.	Good Student usually demonstrates good work effort and work quality. Shows pride in their work. Some prompting is needed for instructor. Excellent Student completed the job task that was assigned with very little or no prompting from instructor.Tools and equipment,work area cleaned, picked up and put away.	Good Student usually completes the job task that was assigned with little prompting from the team or the instructor. Tools,equipment,work area mostly cleaned, picked up and put away.	Fair Student has to be prompted to complete the task assignment by team members or instructor.Tools, equipment,work area was not cleaned, picked up and put away.	Poor Student did not start or complete his/her job task.Has to be constantly prompted to stay on task.
