In the workplace being able to listen, read and follow directions can be critical in most roles. As Communicators, it is imperative.

All instructions from the assignment were adhered to.

If clarifications were needed, they were asked.

If there were deviations, the reasons were provided in advance.

Instructions were not followed and this lead to difficulties in accessing materials, or the materials were hard to follow.

It is assumed that because instructions were not followed, there might have been some confusion/questions about the assignment, but yet no clarification was sought.

No issues were raised and a contract was likely created and shared with the professor.

If there were communications with the Professor, the team was not included.

There was conflict identified and there was no contract signed to confirm/clarify results of lack of team participation. Thus ramifications not established by the team.
