Following Directions	Excellent Prove to Mrs. Beyer note taking on How to Paint With Acrylics which is in my notebook under the Painting divider sheet.	Good I did NOT take notes on How to Paint With Acrylics; however, I can prove to Mrs. Beyer I have the handout which is in my notebook under the Painting divider sheet.	Satisfactory I did NOT take notes on How to Paint With Acrylics because I do not have the handout. I will need one to put in my notebook which is in my art tote.	Needs Improvement I did NOT take notes on watercolor tools because I do not have the How to Paint With Acrylics handout. I do NOT have an art notebook in my art tote.
Acrylic Application	Excellent 1. I learned to prep my canvas with gesso. 2. I learned how to mix many colors with basic colors. 3. I used brush stroke techniques. 4. I left no canvas showing through. Color Theory	Excellent 1. I have clarity of color and no muddy effect. 2. I mixed colors with water or white for light to dark mixing brown for a dark effect. 3. I mixed colors to make new shades of color. 4. I understand what are complimentary colors.	Good 1 out of the 4 items under Excellent I am unsure of. Circle the one I need improvement on. Clean-up	Excellent 1. I cleaned up my space everyday. 2. I put all supplies where they belonged. 3. I never left my paintbrush or palette knife full of paint by the sink, nor did I mix other colors in the paint cups. 4. I made sure I never dripped paint on the floor.
