Red

Can't walk without stepping on things. All dishes are put in dishwasher. All garbage is taken out to the dumpster. Mop floor with cleaner.

Clothes

Red

There are dirty clothes all over the floor and clean clothes sitting in your laundry bin or shoved in the closet. Maybe clean and dirty clothes are getting mixed up! You should be washing your work clothes daily.
Yellow

There are a few dirty clothes items on the floor (like 1 pair of pjs or socks). Clean clothes are put away or in the bin.
Green

Dirty clothes are in the laundry hamper. Clean clothes are put away appropriately.
Bed

Red

Bed looks like you just woke up--sheets strewn all over (maybe hanging off the edge), toys and trash on bed. Sheets should be changed every 2 weeks.
Yellow

Nothing is hanging off the bed or on the floor, but it's not made.
Green

Bed made, clean sheets, arranged nicely. Nothing under the bed
Dresser/Desk/Stairway

Red

Desk/Staircase piled with books, papers, things that don't belong there, trash, papers, etc. Desk is piled with stuff (and it's probably falling over onto the floor).
Yellow

Desk/Stairs have some trash and is crowded and messy. Desk area a little scattered, with toys spread out.
Green

Desk looks like "display" instead of storage areas. Not too crowded. Stairs & chair arranged nicely.
