Long Badminton serve 
In this performance assessment the students will perform the badminton serve in a simulated game. The instructor will grade the student on their technique only

Preparation

Handshake grip

Up and back stance( left foot forward right foot back)

Hold bird at waist level. Make an "O" to hold birdie using index finger and thumb

Put weight on rear foot

Racket arm in backswing

Cock wrist

Student demonstates some understanding of how and where to serve.

Execution

Shift weight

Use forehand pronation and wrist action
