Student focuses on the children and pays attention the whole 30 minutes to the children.
Keeping the Children on the Task

Student does not focus on the children. Student is doing their own thing. Children are not focusing on the assignment and are causing issues.

Student tries to keep a child/children on task. May veer off the task a do their own thing.
Exemplary

Student keeps a child/children on task at hand. Helps assist them when needed.
Helps head teachers with lesson

Student does not help with the lesson, get out supplies, with snack, or help clean up.

Student helps head teacher with a few tasks.
Exemplary

Student assists teachers with the lesson, helps get out supplies, helps with snack, helps clean up.
