Sitting	Poor When sitting in a classroom chair and given a verbal request, Rose will lift her head to an upright position.	Fair When sitting in a classroom chair, Rose will sit upright with her head up 20% of the time independently to attend to opening activities for 4 mins without repositioning.	Good While sitting in classroom chair during opening, Rose will sit upright with her head up 20% of the time independently to attend to opening activities for 8 mins without repositioning.
Weight Bearing Activities	Poor Rose will tolerate standing in a stander fro 30 minutes 4 days per week.	Fair Rose will assist caregivers with coming to stand from a chair.	Good Rose will assist with coming to stand and pivoting during a stand pivot transfer.
Upright Mobility	Poor Rose will hold a tall kneeling position with minimal support.	Fair Rose will hold a hands and knees position and travel 3-4 feet	Good Rose will take 8-10 consecutive steps independenly in gait trainer.
