Body Language	Poor The speaker's posture and expression indicated a lack of enthusiasm or comfortableness with the speech. Some movements were very distracting and made the speech difficult to follow.	Fair/Good The speaker maintained adequate posture and mostly non-distracting movement during the speech. Expressions were comfortable.	Exccellent The speaker maintained good posture. Movements were purposeful and enhanced the delivery of the speech. Facial expressions were comfortable and showed enthusiasm for the topic.
Pace and Pronunciation	Poor Raced through the speech; The audience could barely understand the words and got little to no understanding of what the speaker was talking about	Fair/Good Needed to slow down a little and to speak clearer. The audience was able to distinguish the purpose of the speech.	Exccellent Great pace. The audience could clearly understand the purpose of the speech.

Step-by- Step Directions	Poor Directions were unclear and non-specific.	Fair/Good Directions were somewhat clear however missed some important points.	Exccellent Directions were explicit and clearly explained. The audience was able to understand the task.
Materials	Poor Missing materials list	Fair/Good Student has partially inadequate materials to complete the demonstration. <BR> Materials list was not complete.	Exccellent Students present materials list before the speech all needed items are included.
Confidence	Poor Student did not appear to be confident. The student either did not finish the poem or allowed stage -fright to diminish the meaning of the poem.	Fair/Good Student exhibited some level of confidence in his/her ability to properly recite the poem. However showed some signs of stage fright to the audience. However, the message of the poem was clearly communicated.	Exccellent Student exhibited confidence in his/her ability to properly recite the poem. He/she was able to clearly communicate the message of the poem.
