LEVEL 1 The project shows little evidence of understanding the concepts and instructions.
Craftsmanship/ Skill	LEVEL 4 The project shows good craftsmanship, with some attention to the detail, Is able ask for assitance and to brainstorm and problem solve if an issue arises	LEVEL 3 The project shows outstanding craftsmanship,attention to detail.
