Required cares	Poor Project lacked a significant amount of necessities required to care for a newborn.	Fair Project had at least 3 missing necessities to care for a newborn.	Good Project had only minor necessities missing from the list.
Head support	Poor Video was evident that students did not show proper head support throughout the video; multiple occurances of head drops.	Fair Video showed evidence of lack of attention to head support in several instances. Students need to take attention to this care.	Good Video showed evidence of head support throughout the entire video. Minor incidences may have occured.
Student demonstrations	Poor Students do not succesfully demonstrate the knowledge that is required of their cares.	Fair Students show ability to care for newborns but need additional guidance in specific cares.	Good Students show ability to care for newborns like pros.
Collaboration with peers	Poor This group did not work well as a group. The work was not divided equally amongts peers.
