Job Completion	Excellent The job was 100% complete and worked according to the task description.	Good The job was complete and worked, but needed minor modifications. Only required 2-3 redirections.	Fair The job was complete but did not work; needed several minor modifications. Required more then 3 reclarifications of task but didn't impact others around him to do task severly.	Undeveloped The job was complete but did not work; needed several major modifications.	Grade Received
Demonstrated Knowledge of Theory	Excellent Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary tasks for completion of the project. Relies on own memory skills to get task done.	Good Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories/ task for completion of the project with some assistance. Uses own words to describe task.	Fair Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without major prompting. Requires adult assistance to get job done. Uses very little vocabulary to describe the task.	Undeveloped Student is not able to both identify and explain major theories/task. Uses others views to explain the task and doesn't complete task on own for any of steps.	Grade Received
Level of Needed Assistance	Excellent Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.
