Interviewee uses less than 10 adjectives. Adjectives seem to be chosen at random and are not used in context. More than 4 mistakes are made.
The preterit tense

Outstanding

Interviewee uses 4-5 different verbs correctly in the preterit. Their response accurately answers the question. 1 or less mistake.
Good

Interviewee uses less than 4 different verbs and has difficultly conjugating into the preterit. 2 or lese mistakes.
Poor

Interviewee uses 1-2 verbs. Incorrectly conjugates in the preterit or doesn't use the preterit at all. Makes 4 or more mistakes.
AGO

Outstanding

The interviewee can correctly express how long AGO they did something when asked. They use the correct phrase with the preterit tense.
Good

The interviewee makes 1 or more mistakes expressing how long AGO they did something but it does not interfere with comprehensibility. They use the preterit tense.
Poor

The interviewee fails to express how long AGO they did something. The preterit tense was not used and the response was incomprehensible.
HAVE BEEN

Outstanding

The interviewee can correctly express how long they HAVE BEEN doing something when asked. They use the correct phrase with the present tense.
Good

The interviewee makes 1 or more mistakes expressing how long they HAVE BEEN doing something but it does not interfere with comprehensibility. They use the present tense.
Poor

The interviewee fails to express how long they HAVE BEEN doing something. The present tense was not used and the response was incomprehensible.
Comprehensibility

Outstanding

The interviewee was comprehensible at all times. Pronounciation was accurate enough that it did not cause the interviewer to hesitate or try to decipher meaning. The vocabulary relevant to their chosen profession and used in appropriate context.
Good

The interviewee was comprehensible most of the time. At times mis pronounciation interfered with comprehensibility. Some responses were not relevant to the quesion or chosen profession.
Poor

Majority of the time the interviewee was not comprehensible. Questions remained unanswered or were completely irrelevant to the question or profession.
Fluidity

Outstanding

Responses are fluid without pause or hesitation. Interviewee can easily and quickly draw upon the necessary vocabulary. It is evident the interviewee practiced and the overall impression leads to hiring the interviewee.
Good

Interviewee responds 2-3 times with some hesitation. There are occasional pauses between words for interviewee to draw upon certain vocabulary. The overall impression may still lead to hiring the interviewee.
Poor

Responses are littered with pauses and hesitation. Interviewer must wait during long pauses while the interviewee tries to think of vocabulary. The overall impression does not earn the interviewee the job.
