Presentation Rubric
	Poor- Below Average 2 pts	Fair- Average 3 pts	Good 4 pts	Excellent 5 pts
Hook-Intro-Conclusion	Poor- Below Average None.	Fair- Average Below average- thanks for listening, etc.	Good Average.	Excellent Great hook. Conclusion recaps all major points. There is NOT a "conclusion slide"; conclusion is SPOKEN.
Keynote	Poor- Below Average Obvious lack of effort. Does not contribute/ not effective. Not enough slides; no animation.	Fair- Average Average effort. Does not contribute as much to the presentation. Needs improvement. Too many/ too few pictures and or/ words. Animation distracting.	Good Shows effort. Contributes to the presentation. Content is appropriate. Six body slides, title slide and Works Cited.	Excellent Shows effort. Enhances Content is appropriate. Captions. Appropriate animations. Six body slides, title slide and Works Cited.
Practiced	Poor- Below Average No practice evident. Too many words per note card.	Fair- Average Minimum of practice. Use of note cards is too obvious.	Good Some practice.	Excellent Presentation is thoroughly prepared. If note cards used, no more than 5 words per card, one card per slide. CARDS WILL BE COLLECTED!
Works Cited	Poor- Below Average None.	Fair- Average Less than 3.	Good Has 3 but wrong format.	Excellent Has 3 with URLs. (Not part of presentation- NOT your conclusion!)
Time	Poor- Below Average Less than 2 minutes in length. Not enough information on topic.	Fair- Average	Good Too long. May have too MUCH information for topic.	Excellent 2-3 minutes in length. Does not go over.
