Flossing	Good Student flossed in between all teeth.	Fair Student flossed between at least 50% of teeth.	Poor Student flossed between 0-50% of teeth.
Handwashing	Good Student completed all 4 steps in properly washing hands. (Washed hands for at least 15 seconds, scrubbed between fingers, scrubbed around nails, scrubbed backs and fronts of hands.)	Fair Student completed 3 steps in properly washing hands.	Poor Student completed 2 or fewer steps in properly washing hands.
Written Quiz	Good Student was able to place in sequential order the six steps that are required in properly brushing teeth, all steps were correcltly numbered	Fair Student were able to correctly place in sequential oder the steps that are required in properly brushing teeth, one or less steps were placed out of order	Poor Student was unable to properly number the steps that are required in properly brushing teeth.
