Good Individual provide useful thoughts and participate with more than three comments on the discussion.
Comments	Poor The comments provided did little to provide insight into the discussion material.	Fair Some of the comments were beneficial to the discussion provided good insight into the topic being discussed. Discussion Attentiveness	Poor User had more than 21 seconds of down time (when called upon there is no response or indication ideas are being thought about) when participating in the discussion.
