Painting: Shape, Color and Composition 
Students were assigned to create a design repeating an original shape. They chose a hues for each of the 3 color schemes assigned to paint into the pattern, practicing paint color mixing and brush techniques.

Students were to demonstrate their understanding using paint and pattern to create a 2d design.

Painting has exact and clean edges. Paint is opaque and thoroughly fills each shape.

Student did not always use different brush options, but did try to manipulate the medium.

There are areas of the work that have some uneven edges, but the majority of the image is carefully painted.
