Basketball Dribbling (K-2)
	Exploring 1 pts	Developing 2 pts	Competent 3 pts	Proficient 4 pts
2nd Grade	Exploring Student is not able to continually dribble the basketball using either or both hands.	Developing Student is able to continually dribble the basketball while using both hands.	Competent Student is able to continually dribble the basketball, but occasionally uses both hands.	Proficient Student is able to continually dribble the basketball using one hand at a time.
1st Grade	Exploring Student is unable to keep the ball bouncing and loses control of the ball majority of the time.	Developing Student often loses control of the basketball while dribbling.	Competent Student can dribble the basketball continually most of the time using one or both of their hands.	Proficient Student is able to continually dribble the basketball using either one or both of their hands.
Kindergarten	Exploring Student is unable to bounce and catch the ball.	Developing Student is able to bounce and catch the ball but loses the control of the ball often.	Competent Student is able to bounce and catch the ball continually using both of their hands most of the time.	Proficient Student is able to continually bounce the ball using both of their hands. Student is able to bounce and catch the ball continually.
