5 Benefical Exercise Report 
Students are to work in groups of two to design their own circuit for cardio kickboxing. Students must include 5 exercises that they either learned in class or researched, and provide descriptions and visual aids for all exercises. Intermediate students are expected to score between Good and Excellent on rubric and advance students are expected to score Excellent on rubric.
