Appropriate Seam Line 20 % 1/4 inch seam lines as instructed	Outstanding Stitching is equal in tension and length and all seam lines are followed precisely.	Good Stitching is even 50% of the time. Seam lines are followed most of the time.	Fair Tension and length of stitching is uneven, there is bubbling of fabric. Many seam lines uneven.	Unexceptable Seams are not straight and/or are not at 1/4 in.
Correct Cutting 20 % Fabric pieces or blocks cut accurately	Outstanding Accurate measurements and cutting used throughout.	Good Some measurements were slightly off causing some additional adjustments in assembly.	Fair Measurements and cutting considerably off causing major revisions to size of project.
